Skip: The container provided for waste disposal.

2. Service Provision

2.1 Booking

Clients can book skips through our website or by contacting our customer service team. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2 Delivery and Collection

We will deliver the skip to the specified location at the agreed-upon time. Collection will occur after the rental period has ended or upon completion of waste disposal.

3. Rental Period

The standard rental period is seven days. Extensions may be requested but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Usage Guidelines

Clients must use the skip responsibly and adhere to the following guidelines:

Only dispose of waste materials as permitted by local regulations.
Do not overfill the skip. Adhere to the maximum fill level indicated.
Prohibited items include hazardous waste, asbestos, and electronic waste.

6. Prohibited Items

Clients are strictly prohibited from disposing of the following items in the skip:

Hazardous materials
Asbestos-containing materials
Electrical appliances
Flammable liquids

7. Liability

Canary Wharf Skip Hire is not liable for any damage to property or injury to persons resulting from the use or placement of the skip, except where such damage or injury is due to our negligence.

8. Insurance

Clients are advised to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for the contents disposed of in the skip. We do not provide insurance for the waste materials.

9. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

10. Force Majeure

Canary Wharf Skip Hire shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Canary Wharf Skip Hire operates.
